documents uploaded or scanned by the user (e.g. vaccination records, pet passport, veterinary documents),
information added to the Emergency Card,
reminders, notes, and other content created by the user.

2.2 Technical Information

basic device information (such as device model and operating system version),
anonymous diagnostic and usage data used to improve the app’s performance and stability.

Pet Care Manager does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data about users (such as health data of the user, biometric data, or precise location data), unless the user voluntarily provides such information.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process user data solely for the purpose of:

enabling core app functionality (pet management, documents, reminders),
storing and displaying pet-related documents,
generating and displaying the Emergency Card,
delivering reminders and notifications set by the user,
improving the quality, functionality, and security of the application.

Data is stored locally on the user’s device and/or on secure servers, depending on the app’s technical architecture.
Scanned and uploaded documents are not shared with third parties without the user’s explicit consent.
Data is retained for as long as the user uses the application or until it is deleted by the user.

We do not sell, rent, or share users’ personal data with third parties, except:

trusted service providers (e.g. hosting or backup services) strictly necessary for app operation,
when required by applicable law.
